Diversity Advocate and Employee Diversity Group
Diversity Advocates and Employee Diversity Groups
NRAO's Diversity & Inclusion Advocates promote the advancement of diversity and inclusion within their NRAO site. D&I Advocates are role models and facilitators; they have a commitment to supporting a culture that values diversity and fosters inclusion.
NRAO's Employee Diversity Groups (EDGs) work with their site's Diversity Advocate to identify issues and topics for discussion, propose training opportunities, and more. EDG members advocate for diversity and inclusion within NRAO.
Please note that the role descriptions for each site are essentially the same, with minor variations to reflect different locations and reporting structures.
