RADIAL Development Lab, Washington, DC

About the RADIAL Development Lab, Washington DC

The RADIAL Development Lab will be held at the Cambria Hotel Washington, DC Convention Center, 899 O Street Northwest, Washington DC from 11-12 September 2019.

The meeting will bring together RADIAL stakeholders to design a draft overall project plan and 2020 implementation plan for RADIAL.

The RADIAL Development Lab will use a co-operative design approach, i.e. an approach that enables a diverse group of participants to make creative contributions in the formulation and solutions of a problem. This approach will ensure that the project consults, serves, and benefits all stakeholders, and that project staff also actively research and consider the potential broader impacts of the project for society and incorporate these into their planning.

One of the ground rules for a Development Lab is to never share the agenda with participants prior to the meeting, as participants inevitably arrive with pre-determined formulations.
