High Deductible Health Plan
Employee premiums are based on your annual salary and coverage tier. There will be a 10% increase in 2027 and premiums will be deducted 24 out of 26 payrolls. The overall cost share of all premiums combined is ~80/20 between employer and employee, with the largest cost share distributed to higher salary employees.
