Notice to Interested Parties - IRS Plan Determination

Associated Universities, Inc. Retirement Plan (“AUI”) will submit an application to the Internal Revenue Service for a determination of the qualified status of the Associated Universities, Inc. Retirement Plan, as amended and restated effective January 1, 2016 (the “Plan”). In connection with the review process, the Plan administrator is required to inform certain “interested parties” (described in paragraph 7 of notice in link above) of their rights to submit comments to the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor regarding the Plan’s compliance with applicable Internal Revenue Code rules.

There are no plan changes being submitted at this time. This is in conjunction with a restatement of the existing retirement plan document.
