Engage in a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) and receive first rights to developed technology

The NRAO TTO is actively seeking industry partnerships in developing new technology through various Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA).   Through the Bayh-Dole Act and the Stevenson-Wydler Act federal laboratories may work with private industry and other federally supported labs in developing new technologies, and then give first licensing rights to the industry partner(s).  Please contact the TTO for more information.
