2024 Anthem Medical Premiums
High Deductible Health Plan
Employee premiums are based on your annual salary and coverage tier. Premiums will increase slightly in 2024 and will continue to be deducted 24 out of 26 payrolls. The overall cost share of all premiums combined is ~80/20 between employer and employee, with the largest cost share distributed to higher salary employees.
